Emailed a photo to be placed on a sweatshirt was told over the phone they could do it right there. Then when we dropped off we were told we would receive a mock draft. Never happened. We have called and emailed and even drove into peoria and Noone has returned our calls our emails or called back from the note left at the store. Terrible customer service! We needed this as a Christmas gift. Will not be using them again and will share my experience with others. Update received an email and was told that since we didn't email them the info they never asked us to email since we did it all in person it's our fault.

Great place to get custom t-shirts, sweatshirts, or hoodies done for myself or my kids. Tammy always does a great job with the ideas I come to her with and her turnaround time is pretty quick!
