“Great experience with Dillon Automotive! While visiting Peoria from the Chicago area, our GMC Acadia broke down early Friday night. All the shops were closed, so I rolled the dice and asked the tow truck to drop the SUV at Dillon's and found a ride home. Seemed like a battery or alternator issue, but I wasn't in the place to diagnose it myself.While they weren't able to get to the car for a couple days, I don't hold that against them as I dropped it at their shop without arranging it with them before hand. Once they checked it out they confirmed it was the alternator and gave me a couple options for repair, both reasonably priced. I asked that they double check the battery which they did and said it tested fine.A less reputable shop, knowing I was from out of town, could have either gouged me on the repair price, added other repairs, or easily sold me a battery I didn't need. Dillon's specifically did NOT do any of that, and I'm grateful. They arranged for an after-hours pickup for me. Got the Acadia back to Chicago without incident.Big thanks to Steve at Dillon's, if I lived closer, they would be my go-to.Service: Electrical repair”

“Yesterday I had an oil change at Take 5 at 2505 E Washington St in East Peoria, Illinois. I normally don't have the cabin filter checked, but Kaylee asked and I gave her permission to check it out. The picture below is a portion of the mess she dug out! Some critter had a good time in there LOL!!! Lesson learned-ALWAYS CHECK THE CABIN FILTER!! Everyone there was hard working and efficient. Did it take more than 5 minutes....yes it did, but I'm more than pleased with the work done. THANKS KAYLEE!”
