The greeter was friendly and helpful. My husband and I took our four young children to open some accounts. The female associate we dealt with seemed incompetent, unfriendly, and annoyed with children. She was not understanding of the fact I was trying to keep a busy toddler entertained in the cubicle, to the point of almost being rude. And it took an extremely long time to open the accounts. If you need to bring children with you, I would avoid this branch. Will NOT be back to this establishment.

Absolutely the WORST loan process and customer service have every experienced in the last 30 YEARS. Staff were rude, multiple mistakes made, and everything about this organization screams UNCARING ARROGANCE. This organization is at least 2 decades behind the other financial institutions I do business with including Morton Community Bank. I should DEFINITELY have NEVER gone here and I will DEFINITELY NEVER go again. I felt like I'd time-warped back into the '70's... holy cow.

Never had an issue that wasn't easily solved there. A bit of patience, & communication go a long way anywhere I guess ?Seriously... awesome place to do business, & the staff members @ this particular location are great, friendly, & have a good since of humor...I'd gladly give 5 more stars IF it was optional...

Tried to deposit my income tax return Into my savings account. My wife signed it at home before I left the house. They wouldn't allow me to deposit the check into my savings because she wasn't present with an ID. They said anyone could of signed my wife's name .Wtf . I went to regions bank they cashed it and deposited the other part without a question. Just because I don't wear a suit doesn't mean I a criminal thanks cefcu
