Service was awful. Customer agent was rude, refused to try to help said just call 611 as she didn't know anything about how the phone worked other than turn on wifi calling. I went to Washington location and an agent there looked at my phone and worked with me to get it working.

Today is Tuesday 01/07/2025 the time is 10:11am and I’m here at East Peoria UScellular!
The sign on the door says limited hours Monday - Friday 10am is open!! And it’s 10:14am and no one is there to even open the store!! With 3 customers waiting to get in!!! Nice way to start 2025 off!!! Now I see why this location has a lot of bad reviews!!! For anyone reading this!!! You will get great service from University St., Peoria IL USCellular!!! That’s my normal go to!!! And now it shows why!!! $20 says this location will close soon!!! (Edit) - they got here and they Re locked the door as I approached the door and then the young teenage worker opens the door and says sorry we won’t be open for another 15 to 20 minutes. That means they’re gonna be 40 minutes late opening this building. Wow that’s not good for business!!! I think they need to fix their sign on their door. They print it out and say that they will be open when they’re 16-year-old workers get out of bed!!! Congratulations, save money by hiring and experience workers!!!

I have been with T-Mobile a couple of years now. I have stopped in the East Peoria store with a problem maybe 3 times. Each time I have been treated awesome. Today I stopped because I had a problem with my phone that I couldn’t figure out. Jordan greeted me instantly. He fixed my phone problem. But I was so impressed by the way all of the employees treated the customers. The way I have been treated by T-Mobile the last 2 years I wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else. Thanks Jordan….

If I could give 0 stars I would went in 12/31/2022 a little after they opened at 10am there were two girls working an neither one of them knew how to activate a prepaid phone plan sat there for 45 minutes until a verbal fight broke out between an employee and a customer. The employee threatened the customer and was cussing at her. I left the store and did not perche a phone from there it was very unprofessional.

Jake and Heidi were the best! They helped me get the new iPhone 14 pro max and set everything up for me. I even got a free $100 gift card for buying the phone. Because i am switching from t-mobile, jake waved all my activation frees and even gave me a free water bottle. Definitely the best customer service out of all the carriers. If you are in the market for a new phone, go to uscellular and ask for jake.

It's obvious Verizon wants to go to an all online platform. In the 20 minutes I was in the store, they did not wait on one new customer and had six people waiting when I walked out. I'll never return to this location again.

Shout out to Jay! Stopped in yesterday for help in setting up mobile hotspots on our phones. Took care of quickly and gave some input on Amazon Firestick for TV's. So, bought a Firestick and had an issue with set up. He had said I could call him if I needed help, so I did. He was able to walk me thru what I was doing wrong. Really apprrciate his help! Have been with U S Cellular for many years. This kind of service will keep us as customers! Thanks again!

Staff not very helpful to me when I got Xfinity voice. Just handed me a bag with tech in it and sent me on my way with no knowledge of what the hell I was to do . Way too expensive!
