“Went here today looking for a Stetson Open Road Hat in a specific color. I was pleasantly surprised to find they had six in different colors including the color I was looking for, unfortunately they didn't have it in my size. They got online and started checking availability from Stetson to no avail, but they tried. So while there I decided to check out their shirts. A nice young lady with pretty long hair asked if she could help me, Help me she did. She brought me about 10 shirts to try on, disappeared and showed up with 10 more. I have only received this level of customer service one other time in my life. Everyone there was super friendly and helpful. I cant recommend this place enough. Very nice selection of clothing and hats, and the best customer service ever!”

“I go to this Burlington basically every day as I work at a neighboring business. The employees for the most part are all really nice! However, there is this one gentlemen’s who is Asian and he’s usually up on the register when I see him and he is always so rude. I work in customer service so I’m always really friendly and he never says hello or anything to me and acts like he’s so annoyed whenever he’s ringing me up. I know retail sucks because I also work in retail, I just don’t take it out on everyone, especially the nice people.”
“This was the best customer service I have received in a long time. I actually live out of town but had called ahead of time to see if they had a specific show my daughter has been searching for. Well the girl who answered the phone, actually took the time to go looking for them, was so patient and so helpful. After we get there she had them upfront for us like she said she would, and after seeing they were an exact fit because they were the last pair in the store. She genuinely was just as excited as we were. So Thank You Ashely, We will definitely be back . Not too many people in customer service want to help customers so it was nice to have that experience..”

“Very nice place to find clothes, toys and baby items. Very large selection of nice clothes. Owner was very helpful and welcoming. Highly recommend going here we made the 1hr trip from Bloomington well worth it!! Spent $100 and then stopped by next door on small business Saturday for lunch at Mike's cobbler corner.”

“This location is one of the best for finding cheap products and they have steals that you wouldn’t expect to find. A generally clean location but sometimes the wait lines are insane when they’re super busy. This is a frequent location that we shop at.”

“This is by far my favorite place in the mall. Everyone has their own style, and this is by far mine. Jewelry, i would stay away from. Most if not all of it is plated gold, "not real," wears off after time. Other than that, the accessories are great! Clothing is well put together as well. I still have a pair of pants that I bought back in 2016, so I'll give them that, lol. Oh. And idk about their skating items. Never used them. Don't see them sell much. You're better off going to a skate shop when it comes to durability and price. I recommend you look at the shoes, though!”
