Reserving and completing storage agreement very easy. Not pleased with paying the mandatory $16/mo. in addition to monthly rent to insure contents of unit for $5000. There should be an insurance waiver.

For 3 1/2 years I had four bedroom furniture in the 30 x 10 storage unit. It was dry. I just moved to a new home and unpacking all of the items worried but I found them in the same state as nearly 4 years ago. Thank you for keeping a roof above my items Leak-free and bug-free. Thank you again . I appreciate you so much . now I can continue enjoying my beautiful bedroom and living room set.

Just got my storage unit. So, so far I don’t have much to add. But I will say signing up online was deceiving. It showed me what I would be paying when I came in. Which was $40 and sm change. When I got there, it ended up being $81! 1st the app showed the lock was supposed to come with unit but I was charge and then I had to sign up for insurance. I asked if it was mandatory and I was told yesThe gentleman at the counter was very nice no complaints there but it would have been nice if all questions and charges were added when giving the quote so I didn’t feel deceived. I figured there would be at least a little more tax to pay but not $40 dollars of more charges.
