The pharmacist and the techs are all rude. They don’t want to help you at all. They just want you in and out. Pharmacist turned me away when I tried to dispose my needles. Told me to take them to the health department. . My doctor told me I could take them to a pharmacy.
They also refused to run my GoodRx card
Every person in this pharmacy looks at you like they’re being unconvinced by questions. I’ve transferred all of my scripts to Walmart. They should have never closed the CVS on Farmdale Rd.

I’m from out of town and my doctor called in a prescription to my hometown independent pharmacy. I called CVS to make sure that I could get it transferred to East Peoria. Tobi was very pleasant and professional to deal with and took care of everything; great customer service! ?

I went to store today, and 2 employees attacked me about my backpack and it embarrassed me to no end! I think you should put a sign up about backpacks and your employees needs written up ,I have no problem leaving my backpack at the desk but it was the manner in which it was done!thank you

Called to see if they have a drive through because I was pushing 8pm coming from out of state when I forgot to bring my meds. The rep sent me to the Pekin store to fill scripts after 8pm when the Pekin pharmacy also closes at 8pm. I ended up not going to their store when I could have made it — to not burden them considering the tone over the phone the way she said “we close at 8” repeatedly when I said it would be just before. She literally sent me to a closed store to get out of having a last minute customer.

It's ridiculous that when making a purchase at the pharmacy I have to answer a bunch of stupid questions I just want to pay for my stuff and leave not push a bunch of buttons on a stupid machine I guess I'll go back to Walmart where I don't have to do that

Front of store employees are always nice and helpful. Pharmacy staff is terrible. Extremely rude and act like they do not want to to help you. I had pharmacy employees REFUSE to call my insurance company. Then hung up on me.

As usual I come to this CVS and greeted in a warm manor, have friendly communications, and like getting great deals across the board regarding merchandise!! I'm a care pass member, so maybe that helps!! Nahhh, they just like giving good service!!

I just want to give a big thanks to Jennifer. She understands the value of good customer service. I normally go to another location, but have started going here, because of the repeated friendly helpful service. She could teach other stores how to treat people.THANKS JENNIFER

It was just as I would have expected it they we're verte polite. I also did not expect to find my the things I needed for my Xbox and laptop. I had needed plugin eléctrical bars. Night lights was purchase I made. My fathers birthday is coming up and I purchased a cards for him. So it was a Nice shopping visit.
