Honestly I should have known better. Because 1st time I went was not great service. But my nails lasted what felt like forever & I figured if I did something easy like color acrylic French tip that wouldn’t have any issues. They left huge chunks under my nails, very uneven. French set should be easy. But I was treated poorly & my hand/arm was just yanked around. Employee was literally shaking head at me when I kept the wrong finger out. Not to mention NO WHERE charges $65 and they’ve charged me $65 both times. That is the highest price in Peoria/east Peoria area especially for basic set. Will not return & do not recommend.

Beautiful nails but the service wasn’t great. The nail tech who did my nails was very rude, but did a good job on the nails. Hopefully he works on his manners for the future clients because he is talented.

It was a horrible experience today! They did my daughter n laws in 15 and mine in 25 min. Rushed us through like cattle. We had an appt but rushed us to get to the walk ins. Didn’t even cut my cuticles or fully polish my nails properly! Cost me $50. Will not be coming back.

I normally go here for all my pedicures but this time around I had the worst experience. Nail polish left on my skin half my nails didn’t get painted and when they got the little skin the cut it to far down. This was terrible smh

Came in to get a fill and the lady told me I needed a new set. I tried explaining that they’re only 2 weeks old and she demanded I get a new set and refused to do a fill. Then proceeds to charge me $75 to put a new set on with one color and no design when their price shows $55 for a new set with gel. I’ve attached a photo that shows how sloppy they were painted. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I won’t come back here.

From the moment I sat down, the nail tech never acknowledged me. I had to initiate the greeting, which already set a bad tone. During the service, she didn’t even attempt to clean under my nail bed or remove any debris. When I politely pointed this out, I was dismissed entirely.
What made this situation even more disheartening is that I was the only African American woman there, and all the other patrons were being greeted warmly and treated with care. I am a licensed cosmetologist, so I know the basics of nail care and customer.
Feeling frustrated, I asked to speak to the owner. A young woman, engrossed in her phone, claimed to be the owner and proceeded to make a string of excuses. She said my nails were “too short” to clean properly and even justified the nail tech’s silence by saying she doesn’t know English and didn’t have to speak to me if she didn’t want to.

got a gel magnetic polish manicure ($50), looks great but the tools were dirty and seems to have been used on multiple clients. i’ve been there before and they were very rough on my ingrown toenail, it got infected.

I went to Divas to attempt to get a manicure but was immediately turned away because of my sexual orientation. I don’t recommend this place to anyone plus the place smelled bad anyways

Mia and all of the staff were amazing! The atmosphere was relaxed, pleasant, and enjoyable. Came in with my daughter in law, as walk in, for full set gel nails and pedicures. We were promptly seated and pampered. I got nail design on longer nails and my daughter in law got her full set of gel acrylics with French tips, both were expertly done. Then, on to our pedicures, which were also expertly done and amazing! Definately coming back as regulars ?
