I ordered the following on the Dunkin app, which is my usual. 1 Large Original Blend Iced Coffee Oatmilk Sweet Cold Foam Toasted Almond (4) Butter Pecan Swirl (4) Liquid Cane Sugar (2) Shot of Espresso (1) Lots on sweetening, right?? Apparently not. This was basically black coffee with cold foam on TOP of the lid and barely on the surface of the coffee in the cup. Not to mention, the coffee was watered down, had no dairy at all, appeared to have been sitting for 45 minutes or so and had few ice cubes in it? I ordered it within the app 3 minutes prior to getting there and picking it up.. so for it to be watered down makes zero sense. That being said, it was terrible and not near what I had ordered. The teenage boy with blonde hair at the window had no customer service skills either. If I hadn't been on my lunch break and running late, I would've questioned it. Instead, I had to redeem 500 points within my app for a large cup of iced coffee water and a cold foam covered lid. This isn't the first time the East Peoria location has made this order or other basic orders poorly or completely incorrect. Just take the extra few minutes and go to the Creve Coeur location instead and don't make the same mistake I did.

Ok so I love the coffee here I'm regular customer come everyday. I bring in a refill cup to get my coffee cheaper. The cashier tells me it has to be in a Dunkin cup not another refill cup...but the note on the counter or in drive thru don't say that. It just says "your refill cup" no where does it say it has to be a Dunkin refill cup.

The gentleman working the window was so polite and gave our puppy a pup cup. He went the extra mile to give it to her himself so the car didn’t get messy. We appreciate the thoughtfulness and great service!

Poor customer experience. Placed an order for 13 dozen donuts, was told they could fulfill it but I needed to come pay. I drove from Pekin to EP just for them to tell me they can’t fulfill the order. Poor management, and a horrible first time customer experience! Offered for me to drive to Canton to get my order the next day.

Parking: Sometimes if the drive thru have a long line it's hard to park due to the line being so close to the parking spots

I love Dunkens! I go there twice a day. They know my order and my voice. So far I have not had a problem with any of the workers or making my coffee wrong.

The customer service was great, ice cream was yummy, but the floors were sticky, drinks spilled in front of the door, and not the cleanest place. We opted to eat in our car.

This place has continually went downhill since it opened. Their prices keep climbing but the coffee and donuts get worse. They don't even make the donuts in house or anywhere near here, I believe they come from Indianapolis. Coffee always taste old no matter what time of day we have went.

Exactly what you would expect at a dunkin. The only complaint is that their lids never fit the cups correctly but this is a dunkin problem; not just this location.Parking: Parking lot is very small and very tight

Very rude employees. 5 kids, yes kids maybe all 16 or 17 years old, working. Waited for about 5 minutes to place an order then pulled up. One car in line. Told the little girl that I had been waiting and I wanted to place an order. Right away and told me that if I was going to talk to her that way, I could leave. I explained again. She took my order and money. Gave me my drink and told be to have a nice day in a very condescending way. Maybe it's that time of the month for the little C word or maybe she needs more training in customer service. ?
