I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn and Suites, and I must highlight the exceptional service provided by Valerie Norwell, the front desk attendant. From the moment I walked in, Valerie welcomed me with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor that instantly made me feel at home.
Her personality is truly top tier! She was not only efficient and professional but also took the time to engage with me, ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Valerie's positive energy and genuine kindness left a lasting impression, making my experience at the hotel even more enjoyable.
It's rare to encounter someone with such a natural ability to connect with guests, and Valerie exemplifies excellent customer service. I highly recommend staying at the Holiday Inn and Suites, not just for the comfortable accommodations but also for the incredible hospitality provided by Valerie. Thank you, Valerie, for making my visit memorable!

Amazing. I arrived exhausted from a tiring schedule and left really relaxed. The executive suite is the largest space I've ever stayed in. If you can, choose that.

I called the 1 800 #, which ended up being a 3rd party call center. This was a huge mistake on my part. Always call the hotel directly. The lady lied to me on the phone.
The room was nice but was out soap.
The A/C was terrible. The television remote barely worked. Call housekeeping about the soap and remote, but there was a recording stating the mailbox was full. Called guest services, and after about 7 rings, I was placed on hold and finally gave up after about 10 minutes of waiting.
The front desk offered to give me a discount for the trouble but couldn't because I called the 1 800 #

The staff I encountered was friendly and professional but the hotel has seen better days and was a little rundown.
Towels and drapes had holes.
The cleaning staff needs to be retrained. Their were multiple hairs in my bathroom. The toilet paper roll was partially enrolled and not on dispenser.
Their was dust on furnishings and shower was not clean.
As a plus I did not see any bed bugs.

Rooms are clean, dove soap, great views, nice restaurant inside and great amenities. Only thing I dislike in my room it wasn’t a smart tv and my son love cocomelon.

Although the room was nice size and clean, I was awakened at 1am to a strange man opening my door. Apparently his key was mistakenly keyed for the wrong room. As this is a huge safety issue especially for a woman traveling alone, when I brought this to the attention of the front desk I was never contacted by the manager to express any concern or regret about the situation. The clerk simply said he wod try to give me points. I usually don't stay at Holiday Inn as I am Titanium Marriott Bonvoy member and have never experienced such a scary situation. I only stayed this time as the government rate was not available at the hotel I normally stay. I will not stay here again. Beware!

This place has legitly been the best hotel I have ever stayed at in my life!! And I've been so many from the East Coast to the West. Their front desk employees Christian, Ben, Allison, and Nick were some if the nicest people I have actually EVER met. I normally don't do reviews online even, but these people were all so special and so kind to me that I just had to say something. Do NOT hesitate to try this hotel out. The entire experience was 10/10 from beginning to end.

This is the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at. It's overrated, and breakfast is not included in your stay; you need to purchase it separately. Although it's labeled as a buffet, it’s not.
The staff is nice, but their authority is nearly zero.
Anyways, this is my personal experience. Don’t judge them solely on my review; others may have had a better experience. I don’t know.

First I want to start by saying, I have never been so poorly treated at a hotel! But the staff are VERY rude & condescending! At least the 3 I dealt with. I don’t have names but I’ll give descriptions! The thin tall white lady, the short long hair Hispanic guy and the the tall middle aged Black guy! All RUDE! My spouse and I stayed here for a business trip so our company paid for the stay! Upon check in we gave the reservation details, then they asked for a credit card & I explained to them that all of the information is on file & billed to the company! The proceeded by telling me “they don’t do corporate travel” & I proceeded by telling them I’m sure whomever owns the Holiday Inn could care less who pays for it as long as it is paid for! They then found the reservation (because they were wrong) & then proceeded to tell me that they needed to have a card on file for incidentals. I again explained it is billed to the corporate card on file! They then told me they can’t accept it! We went back & forth for about half and hour and So I called my travel department at work. The woman I called said to hand them the phone, I placed it on speaker & she proceeded to tell them “it is corporate travel just bill it to the card”, the black guy who was giving me the most problems, proceeded to tell her “okay no problem, I will bill it to the same card”. I was in disbelief. I said “Did she speak a different language from me because I’ve been saying for half an hour what she said for 10 seconds”. His response was “ We needed to verify and hear them say it” now that would have made since EXCEPT He didn’t verify anything with her! He didn’t verify her name, the company, my information, NOTHING! He simply heard a white woman on the phone say “bill it to the same card” and all of a sudden my reservation was golden! I couldn’t believe it! I’m used to staying at 5 star hotels & even with our company they normally put us in 5stars also but they were booked and we never have issues! & then to add insult to injury the hotel was completely empty and they placed us in a Handicap Double Bed room instead of the King Room that was paid for! I called down to ask for the proper room and the short Hispanic man told me that they were fully booked! Lies! I looked online they had plenty of rooms available & gain the parking lot & the hotel was DEAD! The room was not clean! Hair and crumbs in the bed! Dirty chair area! The countertops in the bathroom were not clean and they only have 1 set of towels! The shower liner inside the bath was disgusting and had not been washed or changed in looks like EVER! Completely filthy like discolored! They didn’t refresh the room at all during a 4 day 3 night stay! Had to get towels off the cart in the hallway! Only thing decent thing they had were Dove amenities and the gym was nice! Overall, a terrible stay! The front desk staff turned me off so bad we didn’t even bother with the bar or the steakhouse! Unlucky for them, I have a say so on where our company books & I have made sure that we will NEVER book with these people again!

Robert Tomkins is a spoiled brat. Oh i didn’t get clean towels. Wah, wah. Anyways i used my towels for three days. I don’t need some workers in my room going through my stuff.
Water pressure in the shower was awesome, i was upgraded to a junior suite without asking, staff was great. Breakfast was good. Only 13 dollars for buffet. Parking is super close and plenty of it. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Not bad for a few days at all. I would come back. The 1990 are calling for the carpet back but it wasn’t terrible.
Safety: Great area in s very safe part of town
Food and drinks: The connected restaurant is a first class beautiful restaurant and steakhouse

Did not refresh our room while we were out during the day. Had to get towels from the maid cart. I called Nick at the front desk who very impolitely informed me it had to be requested before 8 A.M. Really???? I am a Diamond Elite Member and since the end of the pandemic have never had to “request” tje room to be refreshed. Save your money and go to a hotel that will give you the service you’re paying for!!
Rooms: Average at best
