Kroger Pharmacy is a mixed bag when it comes to customer experience. While the pharmacy technicians and pharmacists are generally excellent, with great service and problem-solving skills, the customer service from one employee, Jordan, has been poor, with issues like body language and mistakes in the last two months. Overall, the pharmacy is fast, friendly, and helpful, resolving any minor issues that arise, making it a reliable choice for customers.
I’ve never had a problem with the Kroger Pharmacy in East Peoria. Everyone is so nice and helpful. We get our vaccinations there also. I think Andrea, Shannon and the rest of the staff are super!

Open 8 hours during the week day. Need 7 hours to fill medicine. Unbelievable frustrating
