Kind people, who have caused me to have the desire to take some of my time to help you guys out with this place. This PETSMART HAS some great EMPLOYEES THAT CAN HELP YOU SEE ? WHAT IS IN STOCK THAT YOUR LOOKING FOR OVER THE PHONE CALL ? ☎️ ? TO VERIFY THE DETAILS OF THE ONLINE WEBSITE SAYING THAT THIS STORE HAS ONE LEFT IN THEIR STORE ? GOD BLESS THEM ALL SO YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT IT OR WASTE YOUR TIME AND GAS MONEY STACKS ALL FOR THE PRODUCT YOU WANT ISN'T ACTUALLY THERE THEY WILL KINDLY HOLD IT FOR YOU AT THE REGISTER IF YOU ASK THEM TO HOLD IT AND THEY WILL EVEN PUT YOUR NAME ON IT HOW MUCH BETTER THAN THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LOYALTY CAN YOU GET ANYWHERE ELSE NOW A DAY'S O.K. Worst place I've ever taken any of my dogs too, told me there was a 25-50% chance of survival with treatment, took my money and my dog died in my arms not even 10 mins later, I hadn't even made it back home yet..why treat her and extend her pain and misery when you knew damn well she wasn't gonna live another 20 minutes. ?? Currently trying to figure out if I should sue them or not..my dog didnt deserve to go out like that...

Second time my dogs came back smelling like just a wet dog. I'm convinced they only use water to bathe them. Anal glands weren't done twice. All three dogs came back with paws that were just missed entirely for nail clipping. I asked for my dogs ears to be shaved and plucked....neither of those done. And yet I get charged a $10 brushing fee for them - they are short haired....... Worst PetSmart grooming I've been to.

I made an online appt for two dogs for a simple bath and brush. Dropped them off at the appt time. I finally picked them up 2.5 hrs later and both were still damp. I can understand one, but for both to be damp. I will never take them there again.
