“This is our first year working with PIP in printing our programs. When we started looking for a new bid I was very nervous but our last company was just making too many mistakes and lack of communication. Our district decided it was time for a change. I can not scream it loud enough!!! What a company. From the beginning of just asking questions to get the bid correct to working closely with the designer the communication was so open and quick. We will not go anywhere else with this business and actually hope to bring more of what we need through PIP printing.”

“I have only had excellent experiences working with Coleman Printing! My office has used their services for direct mail campaigns and local delivery to our conference at the Peoria Civic Center and have been impressed every time with their customer service, helpfulness and quality of work. Highly recommend them for your next project!”
“I had the absolute best customer service with one of your associates, Steve. I went in to the printing services for a job I wasn't sure could be done. A reprint of an old photo when my dad was just 21. The picture was not a very good original but Steve was patient, heard what my vision was, and thought through the project to success. I thought I had to come back for the item but it turned out it could be done the same day. I left with the new print and with such happiness in my heart as I will gift the print to my sister for Christmas. Thank you so much Steve!!!”
“Absolutely stellar service! I’ve been going to them for years for all my printing needs and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. 9/10 times I have to email documents to print and they answer my email almost immediately and have my order done. Amazing prices and all the workers I’ve met are beyond helpful and super nice. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I have no complaints what so ever (and that’s rare for me 🤣). Allegra printing in Pekin for all your printing needs!”
“A nice local camera store with knowledgeable staff. They have a passport photo machine which is what I needed. Very clean and organized with a wide selection of products. Definitely check it out if you are nearby and are interested in getting in to photography.”

“I have worked with this company multiple times and they do a great job! The print quality is excellent, and they are easy to work with as far as explaining and communicating.”
“If you're in Peoria, IL and getting any kind of copies, print, or design services, ask for Steve Thornton. I met Steve when he worked at the East Peoria store. Very nice man, very efficient. When he moved to the Peoria store, I stopped going to Fed Ex for any copies, posters, lamination, and started to see Steve in Peoria. I have never had a bad experience with this staff member. He is very smart and knows everything about how Office Depot runs. On Friday, 9/4, I got my "order ready for pick up" from the print and copy services. I went into the Peoria store. The sales manager, Jake, helped me (after helping a lady who came in after me) and eventually told me that the order was lost and that I'd have to resend it. I had ordered one laminated page at 8:30am and it was now nearly 6pm. There was no time for me to go to my 6:30pm meeting (which would end at 7:30pm), go home, resend the item, and return to the store before they closed for my materials. And, of course, the online ordering page says they need 1 hour to do the work. I needed this laminated sheet for a 9am training. You can see the spot I was in. After Jake checked many areas and again returned to tell me that the order was not in the queue and there was nothing that he could do, I decided to wait in line for Steve. He was helping 3 or 4 customers with complicated graphics orders. I needed to pick up one laminated page. After helping the customers with the business card designs, Steve pulled up my document, printed it out, laminated it and handed it to me. End of problem.I realized that Steve has a great deal of experience at Office Depot and he's the guy to ask about print and copy orders. I will never ask for help from anyone else in the store again. Steve is exactly the kind of person that Office Depot should be proud of; he's the reason I go there. And yes, I sometimes only order $5 or $6 worth of stuff at a time, but I have recommended Office Depot over Kwik Copy and Fed Ex to *every* person I meet at work. I've also had larger orders done there for a non-profit where I volunteer. Having a smart, creative staff member like Steve to rely on has made my life much, much easier. Thank you, Steve!”
“Great communication, and very professional. The work they do is impeccable. I have my oil and acrylic paintings scanned and have prints made of them. The prints I order are on the fine art paper. They are always gorgeous. Every detail and color comes through beautifully. I would highly recommend.”
“So had to get business cards and contracts made they made my cards custom same day and staff was very helpful was so glad I went with them would give them A rating”
“Leonard Unes Printing did a fantastic job with the printing for our daughter’s recent wedding. Their work included invitations, envelopes, place cards, ceremony programs, song sheets, and a poster. All were accurate and beautiful. As important to us as the actual printing are the people we work with; everyone at Leonard Unes Printing made our experience great. They gave us their full attention, treated us kindly and respectfully, and found a way to fulfill our requests. We highly recommend Leonard Unes Printing.”

“This was the closest UPS to me since the wind of East Peoria closed. It was my first time coming here and I literally had 5 minutes to get to the store before it closed and somehow I surprisingly made it! I'm thankful that they were still open when I got there and I even thanked him for not closing early. I was in and out like a flash. Thankful for stores like this and great customer service!”
“We have had several orders of next-day prints done here for invitations and other paper goods. The quality is phenomenal, the price is fair. I have been helped by Dan at the counter both times and you can tell he cares about the quality of the work. Will certainly be using them again in the future.”

“It is conveniently located but they removed all the copiers/computer/printers. And they substantially raised the cost for copies/prints. And they do not always make customer service the top priority! I used to enjoy stopping into the UPS store to drop off packages or print color copies (I have a monochrome laser printer at home). Now, I refuse to go there to make prints/copies. I only use UPS now for shipping packages/returns.”

“Fast Signs did a great job for us. We had a very tight deadline and a challenging schedule, with several revisions along the way. They went above and beyond to get everything done on time and made sure we were completely satisfied with the final product. Very grateful for their help and effort. I would definitely use them again.”
