Highly recommend visiting the East Peoria branch and talking to Trina about all of your financial needs. She is quite knowledgeable and helpful, but most importantly compassionate. 5star employee!

I've being using this bank for about 3 years now and they are really great to work with. I've not been visiting them in person as much since the pandemic happened, but when I have they've always been very capable and attentive to my sometimes complex requests. They are very personable and do a good job of remembering who I am and what kinds of things I've worked with them before on past visits. I don't really think I could expect much more than I've gotten from this local bank.

I only gave 1 atar because it didnt give me an option for zero. I put my debit card in their machine and it took it and froze up. The bank will NOT give you a number to call them and will do absolutely nothing to help you. This is by far a mere cash app with a building. They also take up to 11 days to clear a check! Be very cautious when banking here as nothing can be handled by the tellers them selves. Not very helpful people!! The worst bank I have ever dealt with.

I am changing my reviews from 1 star to 5 stars just because of Mike. He is a wonderful person. He treated us nicely, talked about their promotions and plans in details. He understands the policies better.

The East Peoria Illinois branch stole money from me not once but twice in March. March 18th was the 1st time then did it again between March 21 and March 24th. When I called and said they stole money from me the guy says I can send u transaction list. It doesn't matter how many transaction lists they send they stole money twice from me and they know I'm on DISABILITY. Watch ur bank accounts closely.

Apparently this place can and will hold deposits for up to 11 days. I was not notified of this when i opened my account. Thanks to this shady buisness practice i will be late on payments that need to be made 2 days before my check that I deposited a week ago will be available. Now i see why when you open an account they push to have overdraft protection. I have never once in my 20+ yrs of banking with any place encountered anything close to this practice.

we went over their almost 3 months ago to add my wife's name into checkings and savings. The lady who was working over there didn't know what to do. She kept us waiting for an hour and then took our signatures and everything but after a week or so when they added my wife's wrong name. So we had to go through everything again. Also, she made only changes to checking account despite of what we telling her to add my wife in both accounts. When we called, they said they are busy almost every single time. We had to go personally to make sure everything was right and because my wife works full time, we could only go there on Saturdays and still when they make such mistakes, it was hard for us to get anything done. So, again for savings account, she told us we need to go through same process and at that moment, we decided to close both of the accounts and go with another bank who has right kind of people with right kind of mindset.

No local phone number. I'm on hold for 15 minutes so far at a stupid 800 call center. I could drive to the branch faster to get my question answered.then if they didn't have what I'm asking for it would be a waste of my time. Not sure which is the bigger ways me sitting on hold her driving My question doesn't fit into their menu and they make it almost impossible to reach a person. This is the worst customer service decision they've ever made.if I could give them zero stars I would.

trying to call into the regions bank and i have to wait a 1/2 hr every time i call! they do not publish the direct number for the bank for some reason, the only number provided takes 1/2 a hour to redirect you to a call center. not happy. thinking about switching banks SOON!
