Not very good selection of clothing. Went to Ross in East Peoria yesterday and returned two blouses I bought yesterday at Peoria location and one blouse showed up on the receipt with a different price than it rang up yesterday, so I ended up losing a dollar with the return. Won't be going back!

Only 1 employee was working that I could see, and she looked exhausted. The store was a mess with merchandise everywhere. There's no real rhyme or reason to how the store is set up, so the layout is odd. A guy openly messed with the security thing on a pair of sneakers and set off an alarm, and no one came & investigated it, let alone shut off the alarm. It went off for 15 minutes or more. The visit helped me remember why I don't shop at Ross.

Been visiting this place off and on for about 6 months and I can say that it's a fun place with great deals if you just put some effort into the process!! Staff has been nice, and seem to like working there so see you next visit!!
