Terrible service. Employee didn't care to help. Acted like I was a bother and he had a bad attitude. Keep saying there was nothing he could do to help. The only good part of the experience was the manager, Mark. He was at least willing to listen and try to help.

They really don't care about customers.Years ago I brought back a phone before the 30 days. They told me they had to charge me a restocking fee after they said to begin with that there would be NO charge to bring it back! They are very rude and matter of fact! Really bad service! Watch those hidden fees, even when they tell you there aren't any!

Very rude. Lady waiting on us had a bad cough and kept coughing and left us once to go blow her nose. She handled it phone after coughing. Should have stayed home if she was sick. She was not knowledgeable at all. Tried to get us to go to Best Buy to get the phone we wanted. No assessories available for the phone we wanted. Why have phones if you don't offer assessories. This store was a waste of time.

I was having issues with my phone and walked in to east Peoria store. I was promptly attended and he replaced my SIM card in few minutes without charge. Amazing service. Thank you!
