I have been trying to get a technician to come and repair my cable line that is pulling the siding away from my house!!!!! The phone answering service are automated, then when you talk to an agent they try selling you something and act like they are setting you up for a technician to come repair the line. I waited all day for someone to show up and no one ever did. This is such bad customer service. I guess next step is getting ahold of an attorney.

Complete inability to listen to the customer. I had told them I was switching my service to a new address but to keep it on at both locations for a while. They had to check the new location to see if Xfinity was already set up or if it needed to have some stuff installed. They brought a new Modem Router with them when I already had one, and shut the WiFi off at the old location. Xfinity was not already set up and I was temporarily left without any internet. They did not listen to my statement about keeping it on and disconnected my old address. I have since switched to i3 Broadband after only experiencing negative encounters with Xfinity and had no issue. I returned all my Xfinity gear and keep getting emails and texts to return my unused gear. Completely unacceptable, and horrible customer service. You can't even talk to a real person anymore by calling, the robot just jumps you around endlessly. Do not waste your time with Xfinity, there are better options out there.

I don't know how this place stays in business. They have charged my husband who is a disabled Iraq War Veteran, the price of an iPhone 15, when he bought and is in possesion of the iPhone 13 that he bought. They breeched contract last year when they took the offer off his phone that we signed a 2 year contract for in September of 2023. Now they have turned him off for not paying, when not only did they over charge us for the phone, they overcharged for our monthly bill as well. They owe us money, and now he can't even go elsewhere for service because they won't unlock his phone. We have been reaching out to anyone who will listen. I pray we reach a telecommunications lawyer soon, or someone who can help us with this matter, and that can bring light to my husband's story. It's disgraceful to treat any customer this way, let alone one of our Veterans. I can't count the number of times we have been to the store in this past year, I will say that Zach, and Tyler have been absolutely amazing even when sometimes I wasn't due to being angry over the whole situation. It is the people above him, like the store manager who told me to be quiet as he was worried about his bread and butter, basically he wasn't worried that Xfinity was in the wrong here, and has done nothing to resolve this issue. The district manager that should be ashamed, and fired quit frankly for denying to speak with and help a customer when they are well aware of this situation due to the amount of tickets Zach and Tyler have put in on our behalf. I left and went to Mint Mobile, no issues, no problems with service, no change in the bill amount every month like Xfinity, and I only pay $20.00 a month for service.

DISABLED VETERAN! THEY WONT TURN MY PHONE ON AND OWE ME MONEY COMCAST IS IN BREACH OF CONTRACT AND THE EMPLOYEES THERE KNOW IT, ITS BEEN 2 YEARS XFINITY OWES ME MONEY AND AN IPHONE 13 AND WANTS ME TO PAY! WE WILL BE CONTACTING ALL VETERAN ORGANIZATIONS AND STATE REPRESENTATIVES AND WILL BE PROTESTING XFINITY I SUGGEST MINT MOBILE OR ANY OTHER SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT HEADACHES AND THEM TAKING YOUR MONEY

Went in to see why xfinity doubled my bill. Turns out my contract ended without notice. Resigned for a contract, best they could do was half my original speed for $10 more than what I was paying previously.
Asked to be credited back half of what they charged me. Said they could not as it was my responsibility to look at my statement in advanced each month to see when my contract ends. Not their responsibility to notify me by any means.
After the disappointing news, the lady at the desk tried to sell me their mobile service, using their "customer service" as a selling point.
Xfinity customer service summed up: $10 more a month for half the speed along with being robbed for $60.

We had Comcast for two years and the price went from $50 to 111 so we discontinued it and got a new provider. I returned all of the equipment and they’re still charging us for service that we haven’t had for three weeks and they’re still charging us for service re canceled. haven’t been using it for weeks and when I try and call them, you can only talk to AI and there’s no person, who can help me so I have to drive all the way to the store to talk a person on how to get the money refunded. Very poor customer service.
