“I have been a customer of Lindell Bank when it was under prior ownership as First Illinois Bank. That was over 15 years ago. Even though there aren't many locations in the Metro East, I still conduct business with them due to the "home town" bank relationship lacking with the bigger banks. The flip side-since there aren't many locations, the level of convenience isn't there unfortunately. There isn't a 24 hour customer service line for assistance. I am a long standing customer and for the foreseeable future, will continue to be because of the personalized service provided. The customer service representatives know me by name; I know them by name and I am treated like a family member at Lindell Bank.”
