0 stars ENTIRELY. These people will put you in an apartment with ONLY cold water even if it's winter and won't answer the phone if you have a problem. They only hire a-holes so don't think you'll get along with the workers. They take pictures in order to take you to court and rule in their favor. There is a rare change that you won't be treated poorly. Half of the people in ESTL housing's houses looks terrible. Their ceiling leaking/falling apart, their walls are paper thin, and the overall architecture in some of their apartments are dangerous and made very bad. For example, the Gompers aka another ghetto aka the worst of the worst, has one of the horrible construction workers ever. As far as I've seen, some of the apartments have a bathroom above the kitchen. This may not seem like much but after a while, the fan/stove light thing with decay and the cabinets will start leaking lordknowswhat on your stove and start piling up. Also, these apartment show no evidence of remodeling. They just patch up stuff and dont even sweep out the apartments. I'm speaking from experience and don't recommend this housing. These BOTS speaking nothing but old news. This housing was supposed to be shut down 30 years ago but they manipulated their way through.
