“Where do I even start. Amazing Customer service, super friendly and fun gentleman. I had a nail im my tire in my tread but close to my side wall. No one would repair it, I had to replace everywhere else. Once I got to his shop, in and out in less than 5 minutes with a $25 repair. New tire that was the same as the rest, $276. New tire the cheapest I could find $157. He saved me so much money and time. I highly recommend going to dj first, if he cant do it, no one can!”

“Turned 18 today. Driving to Peoria to meet my mom for lunch. And I had kind of a “right of passage” into adulthood. I’m driving and all the sudden low tire pressure shows up so naturally I pull over to look. Couldn’t see anything thought it was weird. But I finished driving to my mom’s work. We then went to lunch. (We had Chili’s and yes it was awesome) then checked my pressure it was low. Called Midas they said I could come in 30
Minutes so I did. They got my car right in. Told me the patch was fixable and explained why it happened. Basically a few months back i drove over a screw and had a family member patch it, they patched it with one of those patch kits where you replace the screw with some plastic screw. And he explained why that’s not a good choice to patch a tire and why those have a bad design and overall just don’t work. The part I was most grateful about was he didn’t explain it in a “you’re stupid and here’s why” kinda way he genuinely explained it very well and was just overall super nice the whole experience! They got me in and out in about an hour which was also really surprising considered I was a walk in. Then he handed my keys and I went to grab my wallet and he said “put your card away, you’re good”. So I didn’t have to pay a dime which I am so grateful for! Didn’t mention it being my birthday or anything. This made my day and birthday so much better! It’s been kind of nagging at me as I had plans and this delayed them so after he said I didn’t have to pay I just said “thank you” and went on my way. I would like to think I am a grateful person or atleast I try to be. I feel like I definitely should’ve expressed way more gratitude than I did. That not sitting right with me I figured I would leave a review to further show my gratitude! To the employees who help me today. Thank you! You’re service was not only amazing but really fast and I genuinely appreciate it!”

“Fantastic customer service, Pedro himself always is extremely helpful and in my experience can take a look at your car same-day or next to run a diagnostic. I’ve had multiple issues resolved here and they are very transparent with your options. For example, my hood latch issue causing alarms could’ve been my connector or the entire latch system. They fixed my cable without needing any parts, only labor. Very helpful and honest business, highly recommend!”
“I brought my car in because I noticed a chugging noise coming from the front right wheel well. I took it in and within a day they got it diagnosed and started working on it. Replaced all four tires, pads and rotors. Everything was perfect until I noticed a shaking on the drive home. I brought it back and they got it re-balanced immediately. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable and they don’t gouge for parts/labor. I’d recommend them to anyone for any issue!”

It ended up the work was done while some warranty work was being done at a different Mercedes otherwise, I would have taken my car to Mercedes of Peoria.”

Most recently, Doug diagnosed a complex issue with my Hyundai Santa Fe AC system that had several others perplexed, he replaced the evap coil pulled a DEEP vacuum, let it rest over night and the vacuum decay was absolutely non existent. Which means 0 leaks in the refrigerant system”
