The absolute worst experience I have ever had with insurance. I can not even get anyone to ever take my payments for my insurance, you would think it would be easier to give away your money.I will sit on hold for 30+ minutes EVERY time. And when I get someone to finally answer they can never seem to find my policy to get me paid, so I end up being transferred back and forth between missouri and Illinois, with them saying the same exact thing. Eventually they send me to an automated line that doesn’t help.I had a agent originally that would answer mostly every time, her name was Robin. No one ever let me know if she will be my agent again, which is okay if she is or isn’t, but they haven’t assigned me a new agent, I have someone who deals with me more often than not, but I rarely ever get an answer. I get it, you may be busy. All I want is an agent that I can call and rely on to simply PAY MY BILL!!!! It is so frustrating, every single month it is a hassle to even get my bill paid, I am tired of it. This place might as well be closed since it seems like no one is working EVER.

It's the worst insurance company I've ever had no communication and canceled my insurance policy because of no membership right before Christmas and wouldn't send any notification even though I've paid my insurance bill for countless years. I'll never go back some real shysters and crooks.

Came into office 10 minutes ago, staff in back room talking about personal things, good stuff.I stood up to see if they noticed me, they did 2 females 1 male, they did not approach or ask if I needed assistance they continued with their collective banter. I had time to finish this text. One from Belleville talking about someone named Danielle, Denise retired she never called, she says. I don't know what Joanne is doing now .Rick still works for AAA, I thought he retired she says. I am out of here.

I'm not really here, I'm at home under quarantine until my daughters surgery. I only checked in so hopefully they'll see this post. State Farm raised our rates for no reason so we started shopping for different insurance. AAA quoted us 179 a month. The first month they took out more, not much more but only 10 bucks. I didn't make a big deal over that. Then the second month with no notice or anything they took out 70is bucks more without my knowledge or consent. I even spoke with the agent two weeks prior about an onboarding and he never said a word to me. Now obviously we're no longer with them and switched to a better insurance, cheaper deductible and a smaller cost with the same place my grandmother is insured with. We've been fighting with AAA for over a week and I've even sent the paperwork to a supervisor and asked for his supervisor. Nobody will do a damn thing. In my opinion this is theft. If anyone is sick of being scammed by AAA please let me know and I'll send you the information on the new insurance.

My car had a breakdown and AAA were prompt to send multiple personal to fix it and then finally tow to the dealership. Good service.

I went in yesterday to pay my auto insurance with cash. Autumn, the woman who waited on me had no idea how to make change from my $50 bill. She needed $42 even, no coin change. You would think this is a no brainer. Two $20 dollar bills and two $1 bills. Not yesterday. I finally did get a $5 and three $1 bills change. That was after she went to another worker to break down a $100 bill asking for ten one doller bills in the change. What was she thinking there. I'm Who would give eight one dollar bills in change rather than a five and some ones. Lucky me the other person didn't have 10 one dollar bills. We went back to the office Autumn struggled 4 times to count the cash. Eventually she passed me the $8 change. Then asked if I wanted a receipt for my cash payment. I thought she was joking. Sadly that was not the case. My advice would be to pay with a check or credit card if you use this office. And don't hand over cash without getting a receipt.

I came in today to get a passport photo. They lady at the front was extremely nice and professional. She didn’t even charge me for the photos. Hard to find such great customer service anymore. Thank you.
