Mark showed kindness and helped me out of a jam. I was cycling on the bike trail and a bad storm came up so i asked if i could take shelter until it passed. He allowed me to hang out, invited me to sit down, and so i spent some time with him and his sweet Great Dane Harley until it was safe for me to leave. We had a good conversation and I will always be grateful for him for literally providing shelter in a storm.

Owner is extremely rude and disrespectful. Wanted to argue with me about the value of my package and refused to ensure it for any amount without proof of value. I tried to offer proof of value from other ones online of my item and it wasn’t good enough. Terrible business and won’t ever be coming back. Would never recommend this business to anyone!

Dropped off a package, two days later when the package did not show up in the tracking system I contact AIM Mail Center to see what happen, the man provided absolutely no help. Not his problem.I have shipped packages from the location for a number of years to help support local small business. That won't happen again. His attitude and service is horrible.

I normally don't leave bad reviews. I don't know the story, or maybe they're having a bad or rough day.But this is what I will say. If you need something done, Mark can get it done with reasonable pricing.Bad news is that Mark also is an Anti-Mask, thinks the delta variant is not a real thing. It has happened to me several times that he has communicated his dislike of it. I can't support a business that will publicly downplay covid. Thus I will no longer be using this service. Really a shame.

When I lived in the area, I would regularly frequent this place to ship items to family overseas, other parts of the U.S., and more. It was convenient, affordable, and relatively fast. I recommend this place without any reservations.

Without a doubt the rudest person I've ever dealt with. I asked him for a receipt he told me I didn't need one I said I'd like to have one he said he would have to charge me for a receipt. I told him I would just take it somewhere else and report him and he said there's no one to report him to. I just wish I could leave less than one star!

I have been an extremely pleased customer of Mark's for 10 years now. Very professional atmosphere and attitude. I would be lost without this small -town establishment. He treats the kids and I with extreme patience and respect. He also has a fantastic greeting card selection.
