My experience here wasn't bad, my appointment Sunday 6:00am, got to this facility around Saturday 22:00, no overnight but I was told I can park on shoulder of route to entrance, in morning around 5:10 we made a line heading to scale( I was 2nd in line and other like 4 trucks behind me), 6:05 got to scale,check in with my number starting with 29, took Bol to guard,he told me to pull forward park ahead and would get a text on my phone of dock shortly, got a dock before I would park, got to dock, around 7:10 I received a text that am empty. Can't complain

Check in 10:30 for appointment at 11:00 .Got door at 14:00 and I was out at 16:30. Heavy load .

Honestly my pickup here went great. You check in at the gate on a touch screen monitor, pretty simple instructions, and everyone I saw, including myself, got a door number from the screen right away. I had to move to a different door for them to start loading but my entire entry until exit here was 2hrs. Staff was nice, drivers lounge, and you get a full scale reading when checking out. I wouldn't mind coming back at all. ??

2 Stars for all the environment here, dog park , check in system also. But if you are trying to get your load. Man you need to wait forever

Don’t come here. 1 star is far to generous The slowest workers around. 14hr clock is already up. Guys that got here after me left before me all while not being touched. Arrived at 15:00 got a door immediately appt was 18:00. I’m STILL HEREUpdate: light went red at 19:42

By appointment ONLY, they're not allow parking/overnight ? check in at 2133 for a pick up, I got finished loaded around 0200 on the next day. Absolutely wasting Driver hours.

Okay so let me start by saying that my rating is based off of a few things. For starters as a driver my time is very important. Due to the load taking sooooo long (5 hours) to be loaded my delivery appointment had to be pushed back about 7 hours. I spent half of a needed 10 hour break which was needed waiting to be finished getting loaded. That's why I can not give five stars at least being a driver.Now on the other hand the amenities and drivers lounge makes things a lot better. The dog park was amazing. I was very much happy that I was able to let my puppy out to play and have a good time in a safe space while there. Being able to go to a shipper/receiver and they at least care enough to think of drivers with pets is great. Not to mention the treats that they have to offer as well.The two individuals that I spoke to who were seating up a picnic table outside for I guess drivers and employees were awesome as well. Being an Army Veteran myself and the Ordnance Officer Veteran who works there had a great interaction with each other as well as the other gentleman who was with him. They were very friendly gentlemen.The restroom was very clean and neat. The drivers lounge had nice up to date vending machines and a good selection of items to choose from. The monitor used for displaying dock door status for drivers is something I've never seen before and it was also a neat feature. Please read the sign next to the display so you know what the statuses mean. Entering and exiting was also a fast process as well.All in all I'd say the company is doing great things to make the drivers time more enjoyable. If some new features that I was told are in the works makes it into the facility it would definitely make going there even better. Now if one or two things happened to deal with the time spent there went into play the facility would be like none other. Either A add a spot for overnight parking. That would make the time spent getting loaded/unloaded worth it. Especially with the things I was told could be coming on the inside for drivers. Or B flat out make the loading/unloading times a lot faster, which would mess up the need to implement other things for the drivers.
