Wasted over 90 minutes to pick up the phone I ordered online and still have no phone. I waited 40 minutes to even talk to a rep. When I finally have someone who can go pick up my phone from the back, he tells me that I can’t check out bc there’s an error message on his screen that a promotion is invalid. He says that the promo which was valid when I bought phone online less than 48 hours ago is no longer valid, so it won’t go through.
Already, this sounds like ATT is trying to charge me more, but when he looks online the price is exactly the same. He tells me that if he cancels the order and replaces w a new order, the system will think it’s fraud and it’ll be on hold for 72 hours. I called customer service while I’m there in store-they say everything looks fine and there’s no reason I can’t get the phone…but apparently, that’s not the case. My rep, Casey, tells me he’s the store manager and there’s literally no way he can do anything to help me.
Even more infuriating, he NEVER once apologized for my time or frustration. He just kept saying “It’s just the system.” He refused to contact anyone above him for suggestions on how to resolve the problem. His answer is just “I can’t do anything.” Apparently, human beings don’t actually run the store. There is literally no way to receive a very expensive phone which I’m already seeing reflected on my bill & my credit card. Now I get to waste more time cancelling the order online and resolving the charges. I wish I could cancel every line my family has with ATT at the moment. Never had such infuriating customer service in my life.

To be honest I absolutely hate going to the store to do anything with the phones! I dread it so much I will hang on to an out of date phone for years just to not have to deal with it! However, I spoke with the sales associate Morgan, she was so understanding and made the whole process, super simple and enjoyable, and most importantly in my book quick! I am very pleased with my experience yesterday mainly because of Morgan!

Came in for a trade in, Shane was more than helpful!! As a busy mom with my hands full, he made the process very smooth and my children loved him!! Came back a couple days later to turn in my old device and Jayla was great! Thank you At&T Edwardsville for having such wonderful staff!! I would recommend this location to anyone!

I had the pleasure of meeting the best customer service lady in the ATT system! If you go to the. Edwardsville ATT store ask for Ms Morgan J. She meets you with a smile. She listens to your problems and concerns. She is polite, caring and very knowledgeable of the phones. She was very pleasant to me and helpful to her other employees when they asked her a question. The store was very clean and all of the workers were helpful. She is management material !

This place has no regard for your time. The employees will just leave in the middle of solving your problem and string you along aimlessly for WAY longer than necessary. Nothing is ever easy at this location.

My husband and I went to Edwardsville AT&T in Edwardsville we highly recommend Morgan very helpful and knowledgeable on her job.Amazing customer service all around.
