Bin 51 Wine & Spirits is a cool, low key place to chill after a long day. It is a nice, quiet, and updated space, though pretty small. The business offers a great glass of wine, whiskey, bourbon, or a mixed drink, with a cocktail area and options like bourbon flights. The selection includes unique whiskeys, gins, tequila, mezcal, soju, and vinho verde. While not enormous, it carries things unavailable elsewhere. The owners and staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, approachable, and provide genuinely awesome customer service. They are helpful and informative, with completely fair and reasonable prices. It is a great place to catch a drink or two, make the trip for the conversation, or sit at the tasting bar. Many customers would recommend it to anyone.
I'm just finding this place after living in Edwardsville for about 8 months now, and wish I'd found it sooner! Really great customer service and a selection of unique whiskeys, gins, tequila and mezcal. The selection isn't enormous like other places, but it has things you can't get at those other places.

Owner is very approachable and charges completely fair prices on his bourbon selection. Make the trip for the conversation or sit down at his tasting bar for some wine!
