This company did what very few do-they listened. I had a lot of trouble with billing issues when they first took over, then out of nowhere gate codes didn’t work. Twice I came out and couldn’t get in. It even cost me some money not being able to access the unit. It had just reached a point of pure frustration. So, I left a negative review. Then, to my surprise, the management called me, they went out and figured out the issue and made it right. The owner handled the situation quickly and professionally.
Honestly, the facility and overall experience is a 3-star at best. But the positive and professional manner with which management resolved a problem definitely warrants the 4! Only reason I can’t do 5 stars is, I wish the issue had been handled without me having to resort to a negative review. The moment they knew there was an issue would have been the time to fix it, not weeks later after it happened again. Still, the fact they finally handled it and made it right definitely was impressive. Thank you.

Trash company, left me stranded on move out day. “Self Storage” yet my locker that I paid for already had a lock on it. Company didn’t answer phones and just went to the voicemail of some dude named Tim. Very unprofessional. Office was locked 2 hours into business hours. Never again and I will make sure and warn any friends moving in or out of the area.

Tim is great. He was really thorough in making sure we documented every scratch and dent on our truck rental before we headed out so we wouldn't be charged for any of it.

Tim goes way above and beyond helping, answering questions, and making sure everything is satisfactory for the customer! I wouldn't use any other place for storage - short term or long term.
