“I had visited this store earlier this year and signed up for a credit card but when I received it there was an issue. I visited this store again in June (as I live 2 hours away). When I told one of the employees, she was quick to help! She called customer service for me while I shopped and did everything she could to solve the issue for me avoiding inconveniencing me. She even offered to type the letter that the company asked of me, address the envelope and add postage so I could drop it in the mail. THIS is what customer service is about and is rarely found anymore. I only regret that I don't remember her name! THANK YOU so much Carter's star employee! Be blessed! :)”
