Fast and courteous customer service. Great exterior wash - does an excellent job with bugs and road grime . Have yet to use the vacuums but sure I will when I have ample time to do so .

Car wash ripped entire roof moulding off the top of my car - 2 clips to reattach it subsequently went missing. One of the workers said “you probably didn’t have the clips on there to begin with which is why it got ripped off”. I have a 2 year old car that I bought new and has had no work done yet they automatically blamed me? Avoid this place.

Great car wash with monthly memberships available. If you only use it 2x's a month, you have already saved money. Vacuums work wonderful. Reason for 4 stars...sometimes I still have water spots & tires are not always the same shine.

Poor dispute resolution after a representative of the company essentially did not take ownership for one their employee’s unacceptable/inappropriate actions taken. Warning, don’t think they value a long time customer. They prefer to take the reputation risk.
Post reply edit: Apologize in advance for the length. More detail for the benefit of the consumer. I pulled into the tunnel and the attendant gave me a look of deep disapproval while shaking his head. Apparently, I did something wrong and he must have been having a bad day. I expressed my disapproval for his actions. For that, I received a flippant reply from the Gen Z. Now that I think of it, I am surprised that he was actually working. Maybe that’s why he had a bad attitude. Call me a Boomer if you like. Needless to say, I wasn’t the happiest camper. Consequently, I attempted to put the vehicle in neutral, but put it in reverse, then attempted it again, and put in drive. Which obviously, frustrated me even more. So many mistakes, so little patience on my part and especially, the attendant’s. I finally put it in neutral. Interestingly, I was sent through the wash without any of the equipment running. That certainly didn’t help lower the temperature. Intentional? I will never know. I guess I should give him the benefit of the doubt. After all, he is perfect. I then went to the office and there was no one available, management or otherwise, to express my concerns. I began to pull away and leave the lot, but mistakenly drove up on a sidewalk. As I was backing up, again, and another employee came up to my vehicle and the first thing out of his mouth was, “ you pulled up on our sidewalk”. I suppose my Jeep’s wheels/weight created a higher risk of damage to the concrete, than much larger commercial trucks that I’ve witnessed driving over the same sidewalk in the past. After that remark, I’ll admit my temper was triggered further and I drove away in what they considered an “excessive” speed with no other vehicles or “customers/staff members” in my path. My side of the story of course.
Be warned, the next time you go there (which I obviously wouldn’t recommend). Make sure you are a perfect human being before entering their property. If you make a mistake they’ll use that as an excuse to avoid addressing the initial cause for the “incident”. An entitled/disrespectful twenty-something who chose to react unprofessionally vs. taking the opportunity to educate the customer and ask that they wait before pulling in the next time. Instead, he felt the need to point out that a sign on the exterior wall did that for him. My mistake, I’m sure every customer who pulls up to the tunnel notices that sign. Again, make sure you’re perfect when you enter the property, especially the tunnel, because their staff will be.

i just bought a 2020 buick less than 3 weeks ago and took it to eclipse not even an hour ago for my first car wash and left with scratches and chipped paint mainly on the left side of my car but some here and there around my entire car. i haven’t even made the first payment on this car yet and it’s already damaged from this. i’ve been to eclipse a handful of times and haven’t had any reason to complain but i am very very upset with how this turned out. cars aren’t cheap and being 20 years old with my first car that i worked really hard to get just to have to pay for damages not even a month into having it from something that i had no control over is very upsetting. based off other reviews i’ve seen im not the only one this has happened to so im glad i learned my lesson but still very unhappy and not sure what’ll happen when i finally reach someone to talk to hopefully tomorrow because the other reviews stating the same issue have said that eclipse doesn’t help pay for the damages they cause.

Their vacuum really sucks (which they should)! They seem to have worked out the early bugs and fixed the couple of things that were funky. As close to perfect as I've seen in a drive thru car wash. Great job.
