I wanted to express my disappointment with the recent relocation of your branch. The decision to move away from the heart of downtown Edwardsville has inconvenienced many customers, including myself. Not only is the old branch’s ATM shut down, but the ATM at the new location is also out of order.I’m left wondering what incompetent executive made the decision to move the branch to this less accessible location while leaving the only two remaining nearest ATM’s located in St Louis and Arizona…?. It seems like a move that doesn’t take into consideration the needs of the community. Moreover, this ill-advised move has only been compounded by the recent change in leadership, as your previous President was fired. Perhaps with a new President at the helm, there's hope that better decisions will be made in the future. Nonetheless, the inconveniences caused by the relocation and ATM issues remain a significant concern. It's a puzzling move that makes it seem like Edwardsville is striving to set not one, but two Guinness World Records simultaneously: "Most Banks Per Block" and "Shortest Distance Between Stop Lights” as people must drive across town through a half a dozen stop lights and a dozen banks to access your new branch. While your staff's friendliness remains a bright spot, the appeal and charm of your “local home town” bank when you first opened have worn off as a result; now your just one of 40+ other banks in town.

One of the last remaining "hometown" banks! Each member of the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and always pleasant. I moved to this bank a little over a year ago as my old one was "bought out" and service declined tremendously. I was warmly greeted and have always been treated with kindness and a genuine smile.

Was excited to open custodial savings accounts for my kids in walking distance to our house and our city center. The very first time I tried to deposit checks made out to my children, a bank policy said I had to go back and have the checks reissued in their legal names.I closed all their accounts that day. Too bad. I’ll find a financial institution that is interested in knowing their neighborhood customers and can be reasonable about minors and nicknames.
