There are all new people working here, and they are not friendly and helpful like the previous staff. They like to close earlier than 5pm, too. I came there a few minutes before 5 & had to ask for the canister. No greeting, no thank you, nothing. And why don't they stay open until 5:30 anymore? A lot of people work until 5pm, so this is very inconvenient.

Went to make a deposit through the drive thru. Was never greeted. Took almost 10 minutes to deposit around $300 and just sent my receipt back with no acknowledgement whatsoever. Normally I’d let it slide but this kinda thing happens way too often here and this struck a nerve. With 5 million banks here, avoid this trash.

This bank has the kindest employees and Everyone there always has a smile on their face as they are happy to greet and help you!! I would highly recommend this bank to anyone. I have been using them for 25 years now.

In all the places I have lived as an adult, I have never banked at a friendlier, more caring place. The tellers greet us by name, they ask about what the kids are up to, and they go out of their way to make sure that our questions are answered. As Edwardsville continues to grow and become less "homey" I am glad that this bank is in the heart of town making me feel like I am more than just a number.

Finally a location that can change your perspective on banking institutions. Tristen Gary ensured us that our experience would be wonderful and we would be in good hands. He has followed through on every promise he has made. The tellers and other employees have always been an absolute delight. Very satisfied for personal and business banking needs, especially after so many negative experiences at other banks.

The tellers are awesome. The St Louis Street Branch tellers learn the customers quickly and make everyone feel welcome. The lending process is frustrating and as a result, I used a different source for my mortgage despite this being one of my primary banks. I am unsure how the transition to First Mid America will go.
