The employees here are incredibly rude. They act annoyed that you are in their store shopping. I was looking for a few different varieties of the protein bars. The employee kept pushing me to buy a whole box. I told him I wasn't interested in buying a whole box, as I wanted to try different flavors. He then proceeded to tell me how wrong I was for making that decision. He also belittled me while I was trying to pay, stating that "people don't know how to use a chip for their debit cards" and that "customers aren't smart enough to know that their card has a chip". I thought I was being pranked. That's how unreal these employees are here. Do yourself a favor and don't visit this store.

Hours listed online are false. I walked in 50 minutes before they “close” and told by an employee the manager needs to update the online hours and that they wouldn’t sell to me. I went for the convenience. I’ll order cheaper online from a different company.

we went there for pre-work post work plus a test booster.I felt like I wasn't good enough to shop in this older lady who was working there's store i asked her a few simple questions and her reply was do your own research i asked for her best selling post workout she growled and mumbled something under her breath so in short we didn't buy anything because of her we went to supplement superstore instead i have been a gold member for 22 years off and on we miss our Granite city store and the awesome service we got there

Went in to get empty capsules, for my homemade herbal supplements, as they show that this store sells them, according to google. The womans tone immediately changed as if my boyfriend and I were trying to obtain them for illicit use. Did not appreciate that.

I was in this GNC location yesterday and the customer service I got wasn't terrible but it was lacking. Now maybe to my own fault for not checking but I was eligible to utilize a 5 dollar reward but the personnnel on shift didn't bother to look at anything at my account besides my email. I have been to other locations where they tell you once you provide all the pertinent data of where you stand on points and membership status so, that was a bit disappointing to say the least. Overall though, I was able to get in quick, grab what I needed and leave..

I ordered Ghost protein online since there is not a store near me and I ended up not liking the flavor so I drove 30 minutes to the closest GNC. After being in there for 15+ minutes I was told they couldn't make the return because a manager wasn't present and she is only there until 4PM every day and I would have to come in then just to return an online order. I provided my shipping confirmation, order confirmation, and any access to my account and was still denied. I reached out GNC online support and they notified me that a manager was NOT needing to be present just for a return/exchange. Will be taking my future business to Supplement Superstore.

This was the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. She made it seem like I was bothering her or something. Every time I asked her a question she would huff and puff. There are too many fitness shops in Edwardsville for her to be acting like that towards her customers. I will NEVER go back there. I will just go to s2 next time. With all these businesses going under because of amazon, you would think that people would treat their customers better. They aren’t a busy store so they’ll probably be closing soon anyway. Oh well.
