“Wonderful selection of crafting materials. I have received great customer service when I have a question or need service. I do not enjoy the faux prices with "discounts". It is a similar retail model that kohls uses where they give you a fake price for an item and then give you a large percentage off to give the illusion of value and savings. This strategy used to work in an uneducated and uninformed world, however this is no longer the market we find ourselves in.”
