I truly do love home goods but the interaction I had with an employee makes me want to drive out of my way to go to another location. The girl working the register on 11/22 with the service dog should not be telling me things about a dog that I just got. Telling me how it will have health issues and everything else. That is extremely inappropriate when all I wanted to do was get a food holder for my dog. Definition of if you don’t like what someone does just keep your mouth shut. I hope they take the necessary steps to get her off the register and away from customers.

If you need a decoration for your house, this is the place to go. I gave four instead of five stars though because I was there recently looking for some items to finish out my fall decor and the decor available to me in the store was primarily Halloween. I was quite disappointed because I drove 45 minutes to get there and I know last year they had a plethora of fall. If you're looking for Halloween decor though, get there soon while the stock is plentiful.

We love Home Goods, but you need to be aware that you had a group of Jehovah's Witnesses actively approaching and bothering customers in your store on Saturday August 16, 2025.....Customers patronize your store to shop and not to have their souls saved.

Best weird foods selection...ever! Lots of cool European and other international snacks and cooking supplies. I can't get a cart when I come here, in fear of loading it full and spending too much!

Every time I’ve recently shopped here the employees are rude. The cashiers have a haughty attitude (which I always find particularly strange considering I’m shopping in a discount home decor store, not somewhere high end). The store is extremely cluttered, despite the fact that there are always many employees working on the floor re arranging (who make you feel like you’re in their way while trying to shop). I’m not sure how a retail store can operate with this attitude that customers are a burden. Any discounts on the products here aren’t worth the sub par experience. I’ll be happy to shop at Kirkland’s or elsewhere in the future.

This is my favorite store! I can find anything for anyone of my family members here! They have the best decor for any space you may be redoing in your home, and if for some reason they don’t have it they will help and find a store that does. ❤️👍👍

This Home Goods store is the best and I have always loved it. Clean, great staff. Today I had a mix up which was my fault but the store manager Megan went way out of her way to help me and was so nice and pleasant the whole time!

My absolute favorite place to shop & browse around. They always have new things to look at, lots of home organization, decor, and furniture that you can buy and take home same day. They're gift bags and paper are always cute too! This location could be improved if they had a minimum of a couple employees who were more suited for helping to move large items to customers cars. Until they remedy this, I would recommend bringing your own muscles to help you load your purchases ?
