Edwardsville, IL store has really improved its merchandise for this season, going into back to school as well as home decorating. I found a couple of gorgeous hand made glass pieces, at very reasonable price, for my living room and am very satisfied.

Went to buy undergarments. The closest dressing room was in the middle of the mens department. The other one required me to walk through the store carrying the bras I wanted to try on. Manager acted like I was stupid to even point out how not good that was. Want to know why people shop on Line????

We were at the Edwardsville store on Sunday, June 2 in late afternoon. My husband and I were shopping for him tennis shoes. A manager in his late 40's or early 50's (we're guessing) got into an argument with an employee (we're assuming another mgr) about how to set a particular display up. The mgr wore black glasses and was bald. He started yelling at the female employee saying, "Well F... Just set it up however you want and stormed off. He returned shortly thereafter and was staring at us as if we were irritating him, but he may have been upset because he didn't realize he was overheard by us using such vulgarity.
This is the most unprofessional manager I have ever seen! Totally Unacceptable behavior!! We're going to start shopping at the Alton store only!
