This is not a full service branch. They are a “solutions center”. If part of your “solution” is bringing them cash to deposit or make a payment, they have no solutions for you other than to visit the branch in Collinsville.

I want to take a few minutes to recognize Ms Jasper Woods, branch manager. I was stuck in town due to my Tractor trailer service requirements and needed to pay my rent to my landlord's business account, mind you we live in Atlanta, Ga.This branch does not carry cash and it would've required for me to withdraw from account in a check form and deposit to my landlord's business account. Since I was stuck here for a few days every dollar count. She waived the cashier's checks for me and completed my transaction without any issues. PNC BANK,you have an absolutely awesome, professional, kind and helpful manager at that branch. She went over and beyond the call of duty for a PNC customer from another region, please make sure you recognize this young lady. Thank you and may God bless you and your family Ms Jasper, you rock....

It's very frustrating to take time from work and drive 25 minutes for a cash withdrawal just to be told they only have an ATM & they don't change the withdrawal limits at this branch.

Drove 30 mins to withdrawl cash for a car purchase today, only to be told "they don't carry cash" because they only do digital. Why have a bank, if you can't get your money when you request it? Absolutely ridiculous.Honestly considering switching to Chase, because the next closest PNC is in Collinsville. Even further from me.

This bank is not a real bank. All they have is an ATM for you to use. Even though there is an inside lobby they make you use the ATM for all transactions. They direct you to go to another bank and even say a few other banks that aren't associated with them . Waste of time and not worth having your money here. I'd trust my money at a check cashing place in east Saint louis before I ever do business here again.

Don’t bother going inside! This is a cashless bank, so all deposits/withdrawals must be done through their ATM.

This location stopped using their drive-thru and now requires all transactions be completed by the account owner at the ATM. I have had numerous issues with the PNC atm and to be told that I have no other option than to fumble through the process is unacceptable. When I am able to do so I will be closing my account and switching to Busey.

When I moved to the IL side of the river, I was disappointed that there was no PNC Bank near my near home. When I lived in STL, my PNC was a short drive or a healthy walk away. I loved my bank and was with them for over 15 years. Unfortunately I did not look at the next town over to discover this PNC and I changed banks to one close to my new home. One year later, I needed to research and get information from a previous bank statement that was 18 months old. When I tried to do it on-line, I could not access my records. So I got on line and found that there was this PNC in Edwardsville. I made the short drive and explained my situation to one of the customer service reps. He treated me as if I were still a customer and helped my find the information I needed. It took us a good 30-40 minutes. I may not still be a customer of PNC, but this branch gave excellent customer service. If you live in the area of this branch, I highly recommend them. I wish I lived closer.

PNC really cares about their customers, I just had to switch banks from Bank of America in town, since they were so awful. I was with them for 8 years, and they never cared about my issues let alone fixed their ATM! Switching to PNC was so easy, and their employees are very helpful.Their checking/savings accounts are so much easier to access, and I like the options they provide for bill pay, it makes budgeting so much easier. They also allow you to opt out of overdraft fees which is nice. BoA charged them like it was fun and you had no option of declining pending payments. Takes a lot of stress off my shoulders. Thanks for making the switch easy and painless!

This location is now switching to a "cashless" bank. You now have to use the ATM for any kind of cash deposit or withdrawal. What's the point of the bank then? I'm sorry but everywhere takes cash but not everywhere takes card. I'll be switching banks asap.

The worst bank ever. I will never recommend any body to this bank. The worst experience I had at the bank over the phone.
