Marshawn picked up our full POD in St Louis. He helped move the pick up time so we could get everything ready for pick up. Marshawn was very personable and gave us tips for when the POD is delivered at the final destination which proved to be very helpful. Great personal service and would use again!

Bob, the delivery driver, was very helpful and skilled. He was able to locate the pod on a moderate slope* at the mouth of the garage, making our job much easier. It would be nice to have him.Retrieve the pod when we're finished. Too, very courteous.

We are truly impressed with the ease and efficiency of using a Pod for our home sale prep! The Pod was delivered right on time by Bob, who was extremely professional, smart, and courteous. The Pod was placed perfectly within just a few minutes, and it was spotlessly clean, so we could instantly start to load it up!
What a terrific resource for packing, storage and a myriad of other projects!!!

We are very happy with the service we received from PODS. They were very easy to work with and very accommodating to our schedule. When we were ready for the pod to be delivered, it was very timely and specifically Bob was amazing! He was extremely helpful and making sure our pod was placed exactly right! he even took the time to make sure the door opened to the pod and nothing had shifted. Pods made everything very easy and we appreciate it!

Our driver Bob was extremely friendly, courteous, punctual, and helpful. He found a suitable, safe, and convenient location for our pod in the logistically challenging layout of our narrow street and tree-covered driveway. The pod was surprisingly spacious and easy to load without outside help, and it had plenty of hooks to secure our cargo with ropes. The contents were delivered totally undamaged and still firmly in place, with zero cargo shifting in transit. Thank you so much for the kind, effective, top-tier service! :-)
