Hope you don't have to deal with Rick. As you can call him multiple times and not get a call back. Wait a week or more to get a simple question answered. Then if you go into the store he acts like your bothering him.

It has been a frustrating experience to work with this company. I’ve been trying to purchase some closet doors for a couple of weeks. Came in on a Saturday and was told by Donna I couldn’t place an order because the vendor was closed that day. Ok.... return a week later to place the order. Call a couple of weeks ago (on a Friday) to check on the status of my order and was told by Donna she couldn’t find it. Blake gets on the phone and tells me one door is on back order and he will personally call me on Monday to let me know the status. TEN DAYS LATER (today 11/13/19) I call back only to speak with Donna who (surprise, surprise) doesn’t know anything about my order. Just got off the phone with Donna to find out one door is still on back order for 4-6 weeks. I asked her for the order date and was told it was Monday (11/11/19). This is not possible as I was at work all day and never contacted the store. I am beyond frustrated at this point and will be looking elsewhere for future purchases. I want to buy local but this experience has been terrible.

Frustration is the best word to describe this place. Upper management does not care about you or what you need. Out dated stores, just look at all the deferred maintenance on a building that carries building supplies.... ha the irony. Never going back to this place, and I hope I never have to deal with management again.
