Slide tandens to back before guard shack,Shipping office Right,left, shipping office to left,receiving pass shipping office make left,make left,Receiving office to the left, got here at 7:15am,gave me a door,7:35am start unloading. Appt was for 8am. Cant really say anything bad about this place,4☆, not 5 because to get 5 it needs more than being nice,way way more:)

Good,organization. For trucks is21 gateway Commerce.1.slide tadam, 2 straps,keep the doors close and disconnected RED line.Back to the office w/ door close.P up your paper work.One way road .

Guard at gate was fast friendly and informative, proceeded to receiving office got a door assignment hit the dock red light and unloaded in 20 minutes. Great place

My appointment was at noon and I got here at 8:12am. I was in the door by 8:30. Immediately started unloading me. Took 14 minutes to unload me. Great place. Very polite people.

Took awhile to load, around 2 hours. But the backing was easy, the staff were pleasant, and a bathroom is available in the shipping office area.

Screw this facility, dispatch sent me here to drop and hook. When I checked in, they responded with "oh we didn't get that trailer loaded, sorry you have to live load". Two hours waiting with the green light still on, I go back into the office, and I'm told, "your load is getting audited". I'm beyond livid, this is ridiculous. One star is too many for this place is a complete joke.
