The transition to acquire the storage was good but the record keeping and giving out the wrong information was bad. By getting you into a panic state by calling telling you that your storage was empty like someone had broken in and stolen everything.

Madison was very helpful and had a pleasant personality. She answered all my question and relieved me of all my worries from the horror stories I’ve heard about storage units. Will definitely be back

The public storage in Edwardsville is very friendly and efficient. There were two staff in particular that were able to help me I believe their names are Jarvis and I think the other ones name is Madison. I had a really bad experience with another storage company, which I explained to the staff and they were able to help me out and put my mind at ease.
