Annette and Gill were both incredibly friendly and helpful, even when it got busy!

I wanted to give a huge thank you to Emily. Once I got in touch with her she went above and beyond to make sure I was informed about a package I sent. It did take much longer to reach the destination than expected. But she was amazing. Thank you for keeping me posted and going out of your way to do so.

This facility and saint Louis facilities love playing hide and seek with people's deliveries because of poor management

The front desk lady’s are ATROCIOUSLY awful, i’m thinking about applying JUST TO GET MY PACKAGE. the package is sitting at the edwardsville location so i go to retrieve it so they don’t take another 3 DAYS TO DELIVER IT 15 MINUTES but they won’t go back and grab it….. its honestly a joke

Not sure if it’s okay to use carrier names, so I’ll just say that our carrier in the ESIC subdivision (Prairie View Dr) is the best we’ve had of everywhere we’ve lived (KS, PA, IL). Professional, personable, reliable, and just all around great service. He feels like a family friend. I’ve not had a bad experience at the post office, either.

People working at the counter here in Edwardsville know which products and services they offer. They save me money by suggesting the least expensive way to ship things. They find the pretty and historic stamps I request. They are so professional I brag about them to family members living outside the area. My U.S. and international letters and packages arrive. At home my mail is delivered dependably. Over the years, mail carriers have helped me. Edwardsville 62025 has a top notch post office.

So update from 2019. I want to give this place 5 stars. They now have competent people who are kind, caring, compassionate, loving and very reliable working here! They went above and beyond so I want to shout out 3 workers; Gil, Annette, and Laree. You guys are AWESOME. ?
Annette and Laree, thank you gals so much for being so kind and loving by staying with me on the phone as I drove back and forth to the JAX USPS distribution Center FL and to the 1440 Edgewood Ave W in JAX FL 32208 to get this whole package nightmare done and over with!
My father, mother, and I are so extremely blessed and grateful! Many blessings to all of you! ?

This mail carrier loves to whine and cry to my landlord about my mailbox being full, meanwhile I have mail for OTHER PEOPLE sitting in there clogging up space they refuse to take away despite me clearly refusing delivery of the mail. I have mail for other people some of which has been sitting in my mailbox waiting to be taken back for almost TWO YEARS NOW. Why don’t you take out everyone else’s mail and magically there might be space in there for you to cram your precious junk mail in.

Most unprofessional post office ever. My deliveries are always messed up or I'll never receive mail i'm supposed to get.

Manager (old man probably around late 50s or early 60s) was rude as soon as I walked in the door. I came in with an American Girl doll and accessories to ship to an eBay buyer, and he just looked at me and said I'm too old to be playing with dolls...blah blah blah, like, it was literally none of his business, and he decided to double down even after I said I was shipping it to someone? Just strange.
Then this other man comes inside the building with a bunch of different packages to ship and the manager scolds him for coming in when he's "the only one" there, as if it's the guy's fault or something. Then the man tells the manager that he works two jobs and he can't come at a different time, to which the manager just rolls his eyes.
When I get my shipment packaged up and ask to borrow a sharpie, the manager becomes visibly frustrated and even more so when another woman makes the same request. Just really rubbed me the wrong way.
