  I have gotten both of my Covid-19 shots here and the staff were AMAZING they were very understanding that I was nervous and walked me trough every step. Not gonna lie I was a little embarrassed telling then I might flinch, but they were so understanding! It was so easy getting in and out as well as clean restrooms! (I had get some snacks too while I was waiting, and they were good and cheap!)

  I do not write many reviews, especially negative ones as there are too many complainers out there. But after repeated poor experiences with particularly the pharmacy at the Vandalia Street Edwardsville location culminating in today's experience, I must. They were not particularly busy by normal standards this afternoon, but they were servicing the drive-thru and administering COVID vaccinations. My complaint is that I stood there for over five minutes without an acknowledgement of my presence. In fact, they purposely avoided eye contact. Normally at retail establishments they at least say, "welcome to **** we will be right with you." But not at this Walgreen's, and it has happened before. So I left, went to CVS a couple blocks away, and was greeted with "Welcome to CVC, we will be right with you." And they promptly waited on me. They too were servicing the drive thru, giving COVID shots, etc., but they were welcoming and friendly. They are not so at Walgreen's at the Vandalia Street location, and rarely have been. This cannot be caulked up as just a bad day as it is the norm at this location. These folks desperately need some basic customer service training. Sincerely, a former customer and new customer of CVS.

  The Taki's are located on the far aisle next to the photo counter and across from the refrigerators. You're welcome.

  Just left this store in tears... I waited over 3 hours for one simple persciption. A rather popular one... Abilify. And then the pharmacist wouldnt even talk to me about the script.. I wasn't being or say in anything to anyone but I have had problems with this particular pharmacist... A rather hateful unhappy lady named Amy... Long grayish blond hair middle aged slightly over weight and apparently takes her 3 hours to count to 30....do yourself a favor go else where if u see Amy working there. I hope u never get sick and get someone like u to take care of your medicine needs....god bless the Amy s of the world.....I spend over 6000$ just me in this pharmacy every month....to me it seems like Amy doesn't like her job and desperately needs another career.....does anyone else want to hire someone to run off its customers????in my opinion.....
