New owner has squeezed the gym into a smaller location. All the equipment was much more spread out in the old suite and had a much more private feeling. The new facility does not have a shower like the old one did. Gym has been closed for odd hours recently and some of the regulars haven’t been able to work out due to their work schedules. Find another place to workout.

This gym is absolutely beautiful, it's such a peaceful calm environment to work out in. The place is spotlessly clean, it has all the equipment I could ever possibly need. The local family who own it are such nice people! They truly seem to care about all of their members! The other members are super nice and friendly also... I think I found my home away from home!

I'm just a trucker passing through. This gym gave me a day pass for $10 to get a killer leg workout. I'd definitely take note to stop by again.

I've been member since 2006 and it's hands down the best gym in town. It's always kept membership I can afford on fixed income. The owners are exceptional and keep the gym so clean . They have enough equipment to do any exercise no matter what you're need is. My home away from home!
