Called to try n make an appointment was greeted with “are you a client” I said no she then said “you need to calll during business hours like it says on the pre recording” I said “I am it’s 3pm it says you guys are open from 8-5” n then she said “oh well nobody’s at the desk that can help you” then why pick up the phone lady. I hung up n called another place. They’ll get my business not this place. Rude.

Definitely need another vet to at least be able to see sick animals in a reasonable time, not 2 weeks out. And he is an established pet at the clinic!
