Wow!! We are a big family on a road trip with young children. Our complicated van started failing us and we pulled in to check and see if we could figure out the problem. Mr. Gary, who was done with his shift and off the clock saw us in the parking lot and came to offer his help. Jumped our van... it started, but didn't even make it out of the parking lot... well... this angel of a man proceeds to help figure out how to gain access to the parts that needed checking, working in the heat, after his shift, simply out of the kindness of his heart! An hour later we were able to continue our trip and we will forever be grateful to our hero... Mr. Gary! Thank you!!!

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO AUTOZONE IN EFFINGHAM FOR YEARS. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN MORE THAN HELPFUL, AND THEY GET YOU WHAT YOU NEED QUICKLY. IVE ALSO BEEN TO O'REILLY. ITS LIKE COMPARING MICHAEL JORDAN TO SOME FAT WHITE GUY AT THE REC CENTER. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK AUTOZONE

The guys that helped us were super nice and took care of our battery issue immediately. We have another AutoZone closer to our house but I will be coming back to this one just for the customer service.
