A shout out to Brianna D. and Jessica C. at The Cricket Wireless store in Effingham Illinois they were patient and kind and extremely helpful at helping me restore my service. I’ve had Cricket Wireless for probably 13 to 18 years and never had a problem. I’ve been without service for about five days and it was my fault. They were very kind and very helpful. I can highly recommend this store. Way to go!

Poor customer service. Went to seek help on Sunday for my damaged phone. Employee seemed like she didn't want to help and even seemed like she didn't care. I eventually decided to leave Cricket, drive across the street, and open a new account with AT&T. I'll never recommend Cricket.

I wanted to switch phone company's. But they wanted to charge me $25.00 for a prepaid plan. I was bringing my own cricket phone. I just needed a SIM card.

Jessica H was so kind and helpful! I went in with a problem that 3 other carriers and 50 phone representatives couldn't fix but less than 10 minutes of being there and she figured out the problem! I didn't hesitate and immediately canceled my phone plan and switched to cricket right there! she set me up an account and had me set up with a new esrvice plan that was perfect for me! I would highly recommend effingham cricket store to everyone and will continue to purchase products for my phone from this store all because of Jessica!

Spent a couple hours there today. Got a new phone. Employees were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, & friendly. Explained some things I didn't understand. VERY happy with this store!!! Very happy with my Cricket service,coverage, etc.
