Great customer service and made sure the problem was fixed before letting me pick up my car! They test drove my car twice just to make sure it wasn’t overheating again. Explained everything in great detail, but still easy to understand. Will continue to use them and send my coworkers/clients to them!

I live 5 hrs. From them ,broke down in their town on a Friday . Tiple AAA , was no help neither was others before we found them. They made us feel safe and important. Got us back on the rd in about 5 hrs. And they did not over charge because we were out of towners
. Will stop by when we go thru to say thank you and maybe buy everyone the a pizza .lol

My girlfriend's daughters car broke down around 8pm and we found a phone number for them and we called the number and we got her car to their shop and by 10am the next day they had her brakes fixed and ready to go! Great service with a quickness!

They went out of their way to help me and my family! Had car trouble randomly on our road trip. We were hours from home and hours from where we needed to be, and they fit me right in! Helped get me on the road in a few hours! TV for the kids and hands down the best customer service! Can't say thank you enough!

My husband and I were stranded in Effingham over New Year's with a broken drive shaft on our vehicle. We waited for Effingham Auto to open after the holiday. Marlin the owner is absolutely just the best! He greeted us with kindness, took care of us upon arrival, & his team took care of our vehicle in a couple of hours. They got us an amazing price and we are so grateful! We highly recommend going here for your auto needs and if we are driving through Effingham again and need anything done on our vehicle we will be back. Thank you so much Marlin for an amazing experience at your family shop and for continuing what you & your wife had started. I take my car there and in five minutes after they had it they called with five to six things that was wrong with it was kind of funny the first thing was something I had got fix six months earlier and was tell that it next to be fix right away. I guess since I a lady they could pull the wool over my eyes I am not that dumb… beware if you’re a lady they’ll try to take you for whatever they can

On the last stretch of a cross-country road trip, we found ourselves broken down in Effingham on a Sunday evening. On Monday morning, we called Effingham Auto to see if they'd be able to help us out, and they said yes. After having the car towed to their shop, we were quickly assisted and went to go wait nearby. They had us taken care of that same day, and at a very reasonable cost! So happy and grateful to the great folks at Effingham Auto!
