I was optimistic about this place after reading the reviews—however, they are accurate. Several phone calls to both numbers attached to this establishment, no luck at all. If you’re vehicle is in distress, don’t even bother calling this place. Hopefully they address this issue, as the tire shop is still advertised as 24hrs Tire Service.

There straight up lying right out the gate they are not the only 24hr roadside service and tire repair shop in Effingham. After seeing ? the reviews they definitely need to be put out of business for good.

Great Service!!! Called and They came and helped us with our Flat tire! called every towing place in Effingham and they were the only ones willing to help!! Highly recommend!

Called the number on the website and tried to make arrangements for my tire to be repaired. Set up a time hours in advance to have my flat tire replaced at my job site. Was instructed to text him the address and make and model of my vehicle to insure he had the proper tire with him at set time. I did all the above plus added the set time as a reminder. He never showed. Wouldn't answer my calls or texts. Left me stranded an hour from home in 18 degree weather. Had to call another shop for service that I couldn't get for another day since he left me stranded so late.

I had a flat tire leaving my night shift job at 1am. I was able to get a ride home with a friend. I called the next day at 11am and told them the situation. We set a time for the on site replacement. They asked I send a text with the address and make/model of the vehicle. I did so with a reminder of the set time of 4:30 pm and if they arrived early, I told them where to find the key. They never showed. They would not answer my calls or texts. Left me stranded an hour from home.
