“Jessica H was so kind and helpful! I went in with a problem that 3 other carriers and 50 phone representatives couldn't fix but less than 10 minutes of being there and she figured out the problem! I didn't hesitate and immediately canceled my phone plan and switched to cricket right there! she set me up an account and had me set up with a new esrvice plan that was perfect for me! I would highly recommend effingham cricket store to everyone and will continue to purchase products for my phone from this store all because of Jessica!”
