Very busy the day I stopped. It was after 5:00 p.m. in the staff was overwhelmed. Still very good customer service but had to wait 30 minutes to get to the counter.

We took our truck in for transmission issues. They took it right in and began diagnosing the issue. Parts were ordered ASAP and we were on our way much sooner than anticipated. Very comfortable drivers lounge w free popcorn and coffee, a shower, washer dryer, and big screen tv. What we really appreciated was the way the technicians kept us up to date and informed as to what they were doing and how long it would take. We got very personal quality service. Also, the facility is very new. Nice and clean!
