“We reserved our room over the phone. Edie was very helpful as we couldn't quite figure out our coupons. She was super patient as we worked this out and kept reassuring us that it wasn't a problem for her to help us. She went waaaay above and beyond what we've experienced in front desk people the past week.I didn't know there was a Happy Hour at the hotel. Donna was so comfortable talking to and made us feel like we'd been friends from way-back! She was kind and social and so polite to everyone who came in.Don't know that we'll ever come this way again....but sure hope other people get to experience the joy these ladies show their guests!!!”

“If you have to travel for work or have a family that travels with you, I would highly suggest finding a different hotel to stay at, we had our son at 1 year old in the room and the cleaners barged in without knocking everyday even with the sign on the door. They also put fraudulent charges on my card after checkout claiming that we damaged property that we most certainly did not! The milk was spoiled at breakfast time and when I told the front desk lady she laughed and told me to mix coffee creamer and water. Highly unprofessional!Safety: Unsecured mirrors and black mold issues.”

“I'm traveling with pets and am aways leary of pet rooms. Many times they smell and aren't clean. This Comfort Suites is extremely clean. The rooms are very nice!! Im very impressed!! This will be one of favorite hotels to stay at while traveling.”

“This is the best hotel I've stayed in in a long time. I travel a great deal for Work and personal travel. I almost exclusively stay in the Hilton Brand and this hotel is by far the cleanest, I have been in, in quite sometime. The staff were amazing and very friendly. The night staff were great to work with and took great care to get me checked in even though I was extremely late arriving. Karen and Mackenzie were awesome. Any bad reviews that you see appeared to be more than five years old, clearly the management has made some major improvements in the hotel and personnel. I recommend this place to anybody.”
